Effective Helpdesk Operations
Acuman's Helpdesk Operates on a 24 hour 365 day per year basis and utilises the leading CAFM package "Concept EvolutionTM". Our Helpdesk focuses on call resolution and looks to get to the heart of the matter in the shortest possible time, fixing or eliminating the problem or issue. Full feedback is provided to clients on call resolution. Our Management Information Systems (MIS) provide full reporting to our clients covering a wide range of operational and financial information, including real time access for clients.

As an independent private firm operating within the Republic of Ireland and the UK, they provide a wealth of experience and have a reputation for excellence through all types of property, construction and land related matters for our clients within the public and private sectors.
